







HELIX is a session strength sour beer, ready just in time for the sun to make its grand entrance for the year. Comprising of a co-fermentation between our house strain Voss Kveik as well as Lactobacillus Helveticus, expect a sharp and refreshing beer, with light fruity esters to complement the fruitiness of the puree additions. Conditioned on 200kg of British apple and pear puree, and with a small addition of salt for a slight savoury finish, HELIX is a light sour made with sessionability in mind.
HELIX is unfiltered with a natural haze (meaning it is suitable for vegans) and best enjoyed when stored cold.
